Those who achieve good results are rewarded with money.
The job of the top of the organization is not Human’s Work.
It is God’s Work.
神と人との和
安倍首相は戦後体制からの脱却を掲げて政治活動を行った。
安倍首相はそのために暗殺された。
戦後体制からの脱却とは何か。
日本人本来の生き方に戻るということである。
言い換えれば、伝統的な生き方に戻るということだ。
それは神様とともに生きるということだ。
日本人本来の生き方というのは、ひとりひとり違っていい。
ひとりひとりの生き方を束ねると、神様とともに生きるということになる。
神と人との和である。
西洋（キリスト教）における神と人との関係とは大きく異なる。
西洋の神話（聖書）では、神は人間に厳しい処罰や過酷な制裁を与えた。
日本の神は、人間を助け、人間から敬愛・感謝される。
神と人間の関係は親密である。
わたしたち日本人はそのことを知っている。
我々は忘れているだけである。
人間を創る
江戸時代に書かれた本を読んでいると、「学問」という言葉がよく出てくる。
「学問」という言葉の意味は、今と近代以前では異なる。
いまの「学問」は、文献などの研究を行い、方法を打ちてることである。
一方、近代以前の「学問」は、文献内容に精通し、物知りになることであった。
学者が読むべき文献は、第一級の古典文献であった。
物知りで終わる学者は多かったようだ。
しかし、陽明学者は文献の内容をとおして、「人間を創る」ことを目指した。
話しを今の時代に戻そう。
20世紀末、パソコンが普及し、ネット検索も広く行われるようになった。
知識はネット検索で分かるから、人間に必要なのはオリジナリティだと言われた。
2024年、生成AIが実用化された。
生成AIは、知識を人間に与えてくれるだけでなく、正確な内容のコンテンツも作れるようになった。
しかし、生成AIはメッセージを作ることはできない。
メッセージとは発信する人の個性と不可分に結びついたものだからだ。
我々はいま生成AIと共存している。
この時代に必要なのは、圧倒的な属人性、つまり「人間を創る」ことなのだ。
Creating Humans
When reading books written during the Edo period, the word ”study” often comes up.
The meaning of the word “study” was different between now and before modern times.
Today’s “study” means conducting research on literature and developing methods.
On the other hand, “study” before modern times meant becoming familiar with the contents of literature and becoming knowledgeable.
The literature that scholars should read was first-class classical literature.
It seems that there were many scholars who ended up just knowing things.
However, the Yomei scholars aimed to “Create Humans” through the content of their literature.
Let’s return to the present era.
At the end of the 20th century, computers became widespread and Internet searches became widespread.
It was said that knowledge can be found through internet searches, so what humans need is originality.
In 2024, generative AI will be put into practical use.
Generative AI can not only provide knowledge to humans, but also create accurate content.
However, generative AI cannot create Messages.
This is because a Message is inseparably tied to the personality of the person sending it.
We are now coexisting with generative AI.
What is needed in this era is an overwhelming sense of individuality, or in other words, “Creating Humans”.

敬意をもって人に接し、誠意をもって事にあたる
敬意をもって人に接し、誠意をもって事にあたる。
敬意と誠意には、無限の可能性を秘めている。
わたしは「敬意」と「誠意」を実践することを学問と捉えたい。
学問には死んだ学問と生きた学問がある。
死んだ学問とは、ただ知識を追い求めることである。
生きた学問とは、自分は他者とのなかで生きていることを自覚することである。
学問の「問い」とは、様々な疑問や課題である。
疑問や課題を見つけ出し解明・解決していくためには「敬意」と「誠意」が必要である。
この大本には「謙虚」がある。
「謙虚」については、改めて書きたい。
日本は神々の国
日本は神々の国であり、我々は神々の子孫である。
皇室を戴き、皇室と人民の幸せを願う。
愛国者でありたい。

それこそが人類の使命
人類がこの世に存在する意義なのだ

This is the meaning of humanity’s existence in this world.

上帝賦予人類自由意志
人類最大的快樂就是創造
創作源自於自由意志
上帝賦予了人類迎接挑戰的精神。
人類作為“神物”，在這個世界上創造著幸福的世界。
這就是人類最大的幸福
這就是人類的使命
這就是人類存在於這個世界的意義。
